Kevin Konarzewski: Founder and Owner

Kevin Konarzewski is the founder and owner of Complete Inventory Solutions, a North Carolina-based company that provides physical inventory services to clients across the state.

Before he established Complete Inventory Services in 2008, Kevin Konarzewski worked at a series of major corporations. He spent nine years working for IBM, where he progressed through a series of positions of increased authority. Among his successes with Big Blue was the spearheading and directing of end-to-end business transformation for IBM’s manufacturing divisions.

Kevin Konarzewski also spent two years with Honeywell Aerospace, where as a Materials Manager he was responsible for customer order scheduling, materials planning, inventory management, and logistics. He facilitated improvements in customer delivery and inventory reductions cross-functionally. Kevin Konarzewski is also credited with devising and implementing revenue management and strategic planning initiatives. He collaborated with key suppliers and customers to facilitate value chain execution, and achieved success by leveraging cross-organizational communication, driving process discipline and instilling team members with the commitment to win.

As a Demand Planning Manager with Teleflex, Kevin Konarzewski was responsible for global demand planning of respiratory, anesthesia, urology and surgical products. He also served as la liaison between marketing and sales and internal manufacturing, responsible for driving backorder recovery plans. He was a committed process standardization advocate who focused on Lean/Six Sigma principles.

When he isn’t hard at work, Kevin Konarzewski enjoys traveling and fishing. As a Michigan State University alumnus, he is an avid Spartan fan, in spite of the fact, he says wryly, that he lives in the heart of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
