competitive advantage for business; however, a lot of companies do not
understand the process. Here Kevin Konarzewski offers some insight to the
industry he is so passionate about working in.
It is a
process. First, Kevin
Konarzewski believes it is important to define what a supply chain is. Kevin
Konarzewski notes that supply chain management possesses the core idea that all
products go through multiple organizations before it meets the end user. This
sequence of events is considered the supply chain.
Management
is necessary. Kevin Konarzewski states that management is
necessary during this process because most businesses do not have an
understanding of the whole process. Most companies only pay attention to what
is happening within their own business—but not any of the other variables in
the supply chain.
