Kevin Konarzewski: Habitat for Humanity

Kevin Konarzewski is a successful businessman who lives and works in North Carolina. He is the owner and operator of Complete Inventory Services, which has been providing physical inventory services to its clients all across North Carolina since 2008. He is a graduate of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business in East Lansing, where he earned his Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management 1997.

Kevin Konarzewski is also a supporter of, and volunteer with, Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity is an international, non-governmental, non-profit organization that is committed to the issues of housing and poverty around the world.

As Kevin Konarzewski knows well, community-level Habitat for Humanity offices act partner with, and on behalf of, Habitat for Humanity International. Local offices in the United States are called Habitat affiliates. Each affiliate is an independently run, nonprofit organization. They also coordinate all aspects of Habitat home building in their area, including fundraising, the selection of building sites, partner family selection and support, house construction, and mortgage servicing.

Thanks to the work of Habitat for Humanity and volunteers like Kevin Konarzewski, thousands of low-income people have found new hope in the form of affordable housing. Churches, community groups and others have combined their efforts to successfully tackle a major social problem, decent housing for all.

Habitat for Humanity was established in 1976. In the years since, the organization has helped build or repair more than 800,000 houses and served more than four million people all around the world.
